Our culinary team proudly serves modern Australian menus that highlight sustainable seafood (MSC & ASC certified) and the freshest local produce.
We cater to most dietary requirements (not preferences) — please advise our team at the time of booking so we can tailor your menu accordingly.
Can we book a private area for our group?
Yes! We offer exclusive-use private dining suites and deck spaces perfect for group celebrations. Private bookings are ideal for Hens parties, birthdays, anniversaries, or milestone events — with premium service and Harbour views that make every moment unforgettable.

Is The Jackson accessible for all guests?
Yes. There is a wheelchair lift between the Main Deck and Mid Deck, however please note the Rooftop Deck is not accessible to those requiring lift access. Our crew will ensure all guests are comfortably accommodated.
Where does boarding take place?
All Hens events board from King Street Wharf No. 1, Darling Harbour, directly in front of Bungalow 8. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
